Q: Why shouldn't I put a 24" by 24" QR Tag on the ground?
A: The 24" by 24" design requires that you are at least 8 feet away from the tag for a view to be able to read it on their phone. This would make it so your viewers wouldn't be able to see the screen on their phone while trying to read your message. Overall, it isn't a very pleasent experience and we highly recommend against it.
Q: I have not received a receipt or any e-mail correspondence from you!
A: Please make sure your Paypal information is correct, especially your email and your mailing address. You will receive a purchase receipt when you order and a tracking number when it has shipped. It is also important we are able to contact you if we have any questions on your order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get product out to you. This is especially true around the holidays. We make every effort to fill you order in a timely fashion and make sure it arrives within four to six weeks from the time of ordering. Please let us know if you have time constraints in advance so we can let you know of any concerns we may have getting it to you by then. Typically a tracking number will be available if you e-mail us 7 business days after you order, this will be emailed to you automatically when it is generated.
Q: I've e-mailed you five times, what’s going on?
A: We answer all e-mails in the order they are received. We make every effort to respond to all emails, within 24 business hours.
Q: How do I customize my order or add a note?

Q: I got a huge crease in one QR tag when I tried to install it, can you send me a replacement?
A: Most vinyl issues can be resolved at time of install or if it sits in the sun for a little while. If you are still having issues and need a replacement just shoot us an e-mail with a picture of the issue. We may not be able to send you a free replacement but can work with you on a discount.
Q: How do I place an order? Paypal is not working! I refuse to use Paypal!

Q: What vinyl do you use?
A: We use high performance 5 to 7 year outdoor vinyl. Our vinyl brand choice depends on color and durability for the effect we are trying to achieve. Our idea is that this would be a temporary graphic, something that would only be in place for a maximum of a few months.
Q: How do you remove a QR Tag?
A: Pull off the vinyl slowly on a warm day. If it's cold out use a heat gun or blow dryer as you pull them off. Our vinyl is fairly easy to remove.
Q: What does your shipping cost?
A: UPS Ground Shipping for $9.95 for up to a quantity of 5 QR codes and $14.95 for larger quantities. These prices are subject to change and are always displayed at checkout.
